Job Summary
You will provide sales and customer service support by assisting customers with product selections, preparing sales documents, and maintaining follow-up communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Explain product features and benefits to customers to support informed purchasing decisions.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries to provide accurate information and assistance.
- Recommend merchandise options tailored to customers needs and preferences.
- Prepare accurate quotations, sales orders, delivery orders, and invoices to facilitate smooth sales transactions.
- Follow up with customers to confirm orders and address any post-sale concerns.
Requirement
- Cheerful personality and passionate about kids room interior .
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays to support business operations.
- Working hours: 10am to 7pm.
- Location: Ubi Techpark.
