Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement cum Administrative Executive to manage purchasing activities and support daily office operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and effective coordination with internal teams and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities
Procurement Duties
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and terms
- Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) in accordance with company policies
- Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Maintain and update supplier database and pricing records
- Compare quotations and prepare cost analysis reports
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment
- Resolve issues related to quality, delivery, or discrepancies with vendors
Administrative Duties
- Manage office supplies and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence
- Maintain proper filing systems (physical and digital)
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Support HR functions such as onboarding, attendance tracking, and documentation
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and internal communications
- Liaise with service providers (cleaning, maintenance, IT support, etc.)
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in procurement
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Good organizational and time management abilities
- Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks
