Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and thorough quality control
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and secure projects to support company growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, and industry stakeholders, and serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and project updates
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and enhance performance
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
  • Monitor project costs and revenues to ensure profitability, and advise on cost-effective practices
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure favorable terms
  • Facilitate effective communication between sales, operations, and on-site teams
  • Develop and monitor KPIs, conduct regular reviews, and implement process improvements.
  • Ensure that all operations comply with local regulations and company policies
  • Min. ITE
  • Min. 3 years of working experience in Sales and Operations Management, preferably in the Construction Equipment Leasing
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Experience in project management and overseeing large-scale projects
  • Understanding of the local market dynamics and cultural nuances
