Sales Officer (Tele-calling / Basic + comms)

Job Title: Sales Officer
Contract Duration: 12 months contract

Working Hours: Mon - Fri, office hours

Location: Changi Business Park

Salary Range: Basic up to $2,800 + incentive

Scope:

. Promote, sell & retain: Perform outbound calls to promote, upsell + retain loans products

. Objection handling: Manage and handle customer's resistance and objections

. Meet sales targets: Achieve & exceed sales target assigned

. Leads management: Maximise conversions within timeline for leads assigned

. Customer Experience: Ensure great customer onboarding journey

Requirements:

. Strong communication skills and the ability to handle customer objections

. Sales-driven & result oriented mindset

. Prior Sales experience is a plus
