Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Sales: Identify prospects, generate leads (cold calls, networking), present products, negotiate, and close sales.
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main contact, understand needs, provide support, and identify upsell opportunities.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategies, set goals, analyze performance, and stay updated on market trends.
- Reporting & Admin: Maintain accurate records, use CRM software, and report on progress.
- Collaboration: Work with Marketing, Product, and Support teams for seamless client experience.
- Representation: Attend industry events, trade shows, and meetings.
