Job Summary
Sales & Marketing Trainee Looking to build confidence, communication skills, and real-world experience At Vision Organisation, you'll get hands-on exposure to sales and marketing while working with people, brands, and live campaigns. No desk-bound routines here, this role is all about learning by doing.
Responsibilities
- Represent client brands at events, roadshows, and outreach activities to increase brand visibility and customer engagement
- Engage customers through friendly, professional face-to-face conversations to promote products and gather feedback
- Develop sales skills by actively participating in live campaigns and supporting team efforts to achieve shared sales targets
- Apply marketing communication techniques learned through hands-on experience to support campaign execution
- Collaborate closely with team members to coordinate activities and contribute to campaign success
