Sales & Marketing Trainee (Structured Programme)

Position level: Fresh/entry level .

Salary: $3,000 to $3,600 monthly

About the role

A structured entry programme covering direct marketing, face-to-face sales and campaign delivery.

Programme structure

• Product and compliance training shadowing experienced team members on-site
• Working sites with a mentor present, handling your own customer conversations
• Working independently with weekly coaching and individual targets

Timeline according to individuals.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Engage customers at events and roadshows
• Attend to customer enquiries
• Support campaign delivery on-site
• Other ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements

• Able to hold a conversation with someone you have not met
• Willing to be coached closely during the programme
• No full-time work experience required. Final-year students and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
