Responsibilities:

Team Assistance supporting the following fields:

• Support sales operations and administrative task
• Support Host (Retail Showroom)

Customer Journey & Process Operations

• Guiding the customer and optimizing their experience
• Serving as a brand ambassador
• Maintaining an overview over the team and communicating needs and resources within the team

Administrative Support

• Support back-end administrative task with other team members by facilitating the customer sales journey

Project Task

• Enhancement of CX journey from a retail and digital perspective
• Improvement and enhance salesforce backend digitalization process
• Analysis of trends regarding market requirements

Requirements:

• Customer and team-oriented
• Highly service-oriented
• Practical experience proven by previous internships
• Good at ground problem solving, communication and analytical skills
• Knowledge in analysis tools such as Excel or Power BI and with Microsoft Office applications
• Experience in CRM including Salesforce tool
• Ability to set goals and work well with other members in the division
• The ability to work autonomously in an international environment, creativity, team spirit and a pro-active attitude
