The Sales & Marketing Siupport will be responsible for sales & marketing related tasks such as identifying sales opportunities, handling customer inquiries and following up with clients.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Responsible for prospecting new opportunities
- Understand business development process and provide appropriate solutions to clients persuasively
- Ensure standard sales and shipping policy is adhered to
- Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, email
- Managing sales records and work closely with the team in managing day to day activities
- Assist in Projects / Maintenance
Technical Skills and Competencies:
- Self-motivated learner, passionate and responsible team player
- Proficient in Windows and office software
- Ability to foster positive working relationships, work independently and interdependently as a team
- Travelling may be required
Requirement
- Candidates should possess a ITE/Diploma or equivalent.
