The Lead Generation & Marketing Support Specialist will focus on identifying potential clients, promoting our outsourced customer service solutions, and supporting sales and marketing initiatives.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Research and identify potential business leads using online platforms, databases, and industry-specific tools
Conduct cold outreach (calls, emails, social media) to promote contact centre and BPO services to prospects
Initiate and manage lead engagement through calls, email campaigns, and video conferencing
Present tailored business proposals and deliver compelling demo sessions to prospective clients
Create and customize sales presentations and marketing materials aligned with the company's branding and service offerings
Collaborate with the sales team to support customer acquisition and retention strategies
Analyze market trends, industry shifts, and competitor offerings to refine outreach strategies
Qualifications & Experience
Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
At least 2 years of experience in lead generation, sales support, or customer service-ideally in the BPO or outsourcing industry
Other Requirements
Experience with SEO, social media marketing, and digital design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe)
Familiarity with contact centre AI tools such as conversational AI Platforms, chatbots, virtual agents, speech analytics tools, AI powered CRM/ Quality Management tools
Proactive, self-motivated, and skilled in problem-solving and initiative-taking
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage corporate clients
