Sales & Marketing Support Executive

Description

We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Support Executive to support our sales and marketing teams in driving business growth and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

This role is ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, and enjoys coordinating across teams to get things done efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Support sales consultants with follow-ups and customer coordination

Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns and promotions

Maintain CRM system, sales records, and customer databases

Coordinate with operations, technicians, and external partners

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in sales support, marketing support, or admin roles

Strong organisational and time management skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
