Our client is a global Pharmaceutical Manufacturing industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for Sales & Marketing Support Executive to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in Central.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare weekly sales reports, CRM updates, and support sales incentive calculations.
- Coordinate with distributors on pricing, orders, tenders, returns, and sample requests.
- Maintain accurate sales records and ensure transactions are properly documented.
- Lead administration of sample management and update SOPs, QMS, and promotional materials.
- Handle procurement and invoice submission for non-inventory items.
- Prepare quotations, contracts, and tender documents maintain organized records.
- Support logistics and administration for sales and marketing events.
- Assist customer programs and service requests by liaising with internal teams.
- Arrange travel, meetings, and appointments manage filing systems and documentation.
- Perform general administrative duties including calls, visitor assistance, and ad-hoc support.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum NITEC/Diploma in Business Administration/Marketing studies or equivalent.
- Min 4 years relevant working experience in sales and marketing support setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, Power BI would be advantageous.
