Our client is a property developer in Singapore. They are now seeking an experienced and dynamic senior candidate to lead and fully own the residential sales and marketing function. This is a senior leadership role with the opportunity to shape the department, define the go-to-market strategy, grow a high-performing team, and drive the successful launch and sales of premium residential projects in Singapore's competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall sales and marketing strategy for residential projects, aligning with company objectives and market dynamics.
- Lead the full sales and marketing lifecycle, from project positioning and branding to pricing, launch planning, marketing campaigns, and closing sales.
- Build, mentor, and scale a professional sales and marketing team, fostering a high-performance culture with clear targets and accountability.
- Oversee digital and traditional marketing efforts, including branding, advertising, digital platforms, showflat management, and public relations.
- Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, including agents, channel partners, media, and potential buyers (local and international).
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and buyer sentiment to refine strategies and ensure projects remain competitive.
- Drive revenue targets, manage budgets, and report performance metrics to senior leadership and shareholders.
- Play a central role in project launches, ensuring seamless coordination across departments and maximum market impact.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven track record in residential real estate sales and marketing in Singapore, ideally with experience launching and selling mid-to-high-end projects.
- At least 10-15 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior sales or marketing leadership role (e.g., Head of Sales, Senior Sales & Marketing Manager, or equivalent).
- Demonstrated success in building and leading sales teams, achieving ambitious targets, and delivering strong project sell-through rates.
- Deep understanding of the Singapore residential market, buyer profiles, pricing strategies, government regulations, and distribution channels.
- Strong network within the industry, including agents, developers, and marketing partners.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
