Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sales and Marketing team in updating and maintaining database information, consolidating data, and preparing reports as required.
- Respond promptly to all banquet email enquiries with well-prepared and comprehensive proposals.
- Handle incoming calls professionally, record accurate messages, and check venue availability when required.
- Manage the preparation and inventory control of sales kits, marketing materials, and gifts for corporate, wedding, and private functions.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Manager.
Job Requirements and Qualifications
- Relevant Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel, or F&B Management.
- At least two (2) years experience in Event Sales and/or Event Planning, with a proven track record of success.
- Proven ability to innovate, with strong commitment to task completion and the capability to work efficiently, accurately, and independently in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative team player with excellent written and verbal communication, as well as strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays when required to support events or business needs.
