Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and execute integrated sales and marketing plans for residential projects and hotel portfolios.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer behavior, and competitive positioning.

  • Set yearly sales targets, pricing strategies, and marketing budgets.

  • Ensure consistent brand positioning across all properties.

2. Residential Sales Management

  • Lead sales launches for condominiums, serviced apartments, villas, and other developments.

  • Oversee the full sales cycle: lead generation, show gallery visits, negotiations, and closing.

  • Manage sales teams, real estate agents, and partner agencies.

  • Monitor market sentiment and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

3. Hotel Sales Management

  • Drive hotel sales across corporate, leisure, MICE, travel trade, OTA, and group segments.

  • Build partnerships with travel agencies, online platforms, and corporate clients.

  • Review pricing, promotions, and distribution to maximize occupancy and RevPAR.

4. Marketing & Brand Management

  • Plan and implement digital and offline marketing campaigns.

  • Oversee brand identity, creative materials, and all marketing collateral.

  • Manage digital channels including social media, SEO/SEM, website content, and CRM.

  • Lead promotional events, roadshows, and launch activities.

5. Revenue & Performance Optimization

  • Track sales results, revenue performance, and conversion metrics.

  • Implement hotel revenue management strategies (dynamic pricing, forecasting).

  • Recommend improvements in pricing, promotions, and product offerings.

  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for management.

6. Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with developers, architects, hotel operators, GMs, and revenue teams.

  • Manage relationships with media, advertising agencies, Public Relation partners, and vendors.

  • Build strategic ties with government agencies, tourism boards, and corporate partners.

7. Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and develop sales and marketing teams across both sectors.

  • Set KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and support training initiatives.

  • Recruit and grow high-performing team members.

8. Customer Experience

  • Ensure high service standards for property buyers and hotel guests.

  • Drive CRM initiatives to boost loyalty, referrals, and repeat business.

  • Handle escalated customer issues when necessary.

9. Budget & Compliance

  • Manage and optimize marketing and sales budgets.

  • Review ROI and cut non-performing spend.

  • Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and brand guidelines.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or related fields.

  • MBA or Master's Degree is an advantage.

  • Certifications in Digital Marketing, Revenue Management, or Real Estate are beneficial.

  • 10-15 years in sales/marketing, with at least 5 years in senior leadership.

  • Experience launching residential projects and managing agency networks.

  • Strong track record in pricing strategy, market studies, and campaign execution.
