Sales & Marketing Manager

Job Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

• Identify, prospect, and generate new business leads through cold calling, email outreach, networking, referrals, social media, and other channels.

• Proactively approach corporate clients, event agencies, event organisers, marketing departments, hotels, venues, and MICE industry partners.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

• Understand clients event requirements and recommend suitable AV equipment, LED wall, sound, lighting, staging, and event production solutions.

• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, presentations, and service recommendations tailored to clients needs.

• Follow up on enquiries, negotiate pricing and service terms, handle objections, and close sales.

• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently work towards agreed sales targets and business development KPIs.

2. Marketing & Brand Development

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote the company's services and capabilities.

• Develop marketing materials such as company profiles, sales decks, service brochures, case studies, and promotional presentations.

• Showcase completed projects, LED wall installations, AV setups, event highlights, and behind-the-scenes content to attract potential clients.

• Research market trends, competitor offerings, and potential customer segments to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

• Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Proactive, resourceful, and confident in approaching new clients and generating leads.

• Sales-driven, target-oriented, and motivated by business growth and closing deals.

• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.

• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple enquiries and opportunities.

• Comfortable with cold calling, client outreach, networking, and business development.

• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media content creation.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

• Experience in sales, marketing, business development, events, AV production, hospitality, or the MICE industry will be an advantage.

• Fresh graduates with a strong interest in sales and business development are welcome to apply.
