Sales & Marketing Manager

Our client in the Semiconductor and Electronics sector is hiring for a sales & marketing manager.

The position oversees key Semiconductor and Electronics accounts across SEA, requiring an experienced professional who can develop long-term customer partnerships, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and leverage trusted relationships to uncover market trends and business opportunities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales and key account strategies aligned with business objectives and growth priorities.

• Manage strategic customer accounts, build long-term relationships, and understand customer demand, purchasing plans, and future business needs.

• Strengthen customer engagement by developing networks across multiple functions and levels, while gathering market, customer, and competitive intelligence.

• Collaborate with internal teams, including Supply Chain, Technical, Regional offices, and Headquarters, to ensure seamless customer support and sales execution.

• Drive business growth by identifying new market opportunities, expanding emerging product sales, preparing sales forecasts and reports, and supporting team performance development where required.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business or a related discipline, with at least 8 years of B2B sales and key account management experience, including 2 years in a managerial capacity.

• Proven track record in managing existing customer relationships and developing new business opportunities semiconductor or electronics industry experience is highly preferred.

• Strong understanding of the Southeast Asian market, with the ability to manage mature accounts while identifying sustainable growth opportunities.

• Excellent relationship-building, networking, and consultative communication skills, with fluency in spoken and written English and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Willingness to travel within Southeast Asia
