About the Role
As a key member of the commercial team, the Sales & Marketing Manager is instrumental in ensuring the company's profitability. This candidate must be a dynamic go-getter who takes pride in campaign wins and client successes. They must be able to provide clients with strong value-propositions, creative solutions, excellent customer service, and take full
responsibility of the sales cycle from prospecting to post campaign reporting. To be successful, they should become the top of mind recall for clients whenever they have campaigns to run.
Responsibilities
- Actively hunt for new leads across the different luxury and retail industries
- Generate new businesses and maintain a robust sales pipeline, leading to a high win rate
- Drive revenue for assigned key accounts and scale revenue growth accordingly
- Monetize all inventories across Heart Media's suite of media titles, including but not limited to branded content, display ads and event sponsorships
- Prepare sales forecasts and reports, and monitor budgets against sales revenues
- Execute all campaigns and sponsorships effectively, with a high level of quality in delivery
- Establish strong relationships with our advertisers and agencies, and be top of mind recall for their campaigns
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure success on clients projects and partnerships
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma holder
- Minimum 3 years of Sales experience in a media, advertising, or events agency or within a relevant industry, with sufficient event planning experience
- Working knowledge of media solutions, such as digital advertising, with a passion for media and popular trends
- Keen interest and adequate understanding of the luxury and retail businesses
- Attention to detail to ensure campaign requirements are delivered on time
- Ability to multi-task and respond quickly and effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to perform under stress and meet tight deadlines
- Good communication and presentation skills, with a positive collaborative attitude
- Able to work after office hours as and when the need arises
