Role Overview
We are seeking a hands-on, revenue-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead group-level sales performance across all three brands.
You will coordinate sales outcomes across:
Direct-to-Consumer (DTC)
Corporate & B2B
Strategic Partnerships
Digital & Social Commerce (including TikTok, WhatsApp, live sales, and community channels)
You will work closely with founders, operations, client servicing and design team to hit revenue targets within available resources.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment, is comfortable rolling up their sleeves, and enjoys operating at both strategic and executional levels.
Key Responsibilities
1. Overall Sales Ownership (Primary Responsibility)
Own overall revenue targets across all three brands
Break down revenue goals into clear monthly, weekly, and channel-specific targets
Drive sales performance across:
-DTC (website, subscriptions, promos)
-Corporate & bulk orders
-Catering events
Partnerships (gyms, corporates, venues, trainers, communities)
Monitor sales pipelines and conversion performance
Identify gaps early and execute corrective actions quickly
2. Multi-Brand Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute brand-specific sales strategies
Balance focus and resources across:
-Fresher Performance Meals (new and returning subscribers, campaign participants)
-Fresher Dinners (new and returning subscribers)
-Incredible Catering (corporate, weddings, luxury events, venue partnerships)
Ensure each brand meets:
-Target segments
-Defined offers and price positioning
-Strong sales narratives and value propositions
3. Partnerships & Corporate Sales
Proactively source and close:
-Corporate accounts
-Event planners and wedding partners
-Gyms, trainers
Build long-term, recurring partnerships rather than one-off deals
4. Marketing-Led Sales & Growth Campaigns
Manage content team to
-Launch revenue-driven campaigns
-Design bundles, limited-time offers, and upsells
-Improve conversion across funnel stages
Ensure marketing efforts translated into brand storytelling and sales
5. Digital, Social & Live Commerce
Proactive working across all platforms, including:
-TikTok (organic, paid, live selling)
-Instagram & WhatsApp Sales
-Email and CRM-led sales
Participate in and facilitate TikTok Live sales, product drops, and flash offers
Test new social commerce formats quickly and iterate based on performance
6. Sales Operations & Performance Tracking
Track and report:
-Revenue by brand
-Revenue by channel
-CAC, AOV, conversion rates (where applicable)
Maintain clear sales dashboards and reporting
Work within resource constraints while maximising ROI
7. Startup Execution & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with founders and leadership on:
-New product launches
-Brand expansions
-Strategic pivots
Be willing to step in where needed - from sales calls to campaign execution
Thrive in an environment with speed, ambiguity, and ownership
Continuously propose improvements and growth ideas
Requirements & Qualifications
Must-Have
3-6 years of experience in sales or growth roles
Proven experience driving revenue outcomes
Experience working with DTC, B2B, or hybrid sales models
Strong commercial and numerical understanding
Comfortable working across digital and social platforms
Startup or SME experience preferred
Nice-to-Have
Experience in F&B, catering, meal subscriptions, or lifestyle brands
Exposure to TikTok, live selling, or social commerce
Experience managing partnerships or corporate accounts
Familiarity with CRM systems, dashboards, or performance reporting

Salary range: SGD 4,000 - 4,500 / month
