Sales & Marketing Manager

Job Description:

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for mechanical engineering solutions.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve business objectives.
• Provide technically-informed consultation to clients on mechanical systems, industrial equipment, and engineered solutions.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining strong client relationships.
• Prepare and review technical proposals, quotations, and presentations with accurate engineering specifications.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and gather client feedback to refine business strategies.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and project teams to ensure solutions meet technical and industry requirements.
• Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and report to senior management.
• Ensure excellent after-sales support and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in sales, marketing, or business development for mechanical engineering solutions.
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems, machinery, industrial equipment, and engineered solutions.
• Proven ability to provide technical consultation and solutions to clients.
• Track record in leading sales teams and achieving business targets.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strategic, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
