Sales & Marketing Manager Assistant

We looking for a fashion-focused, hands-on Sales & Marketing Manager Assistant to support our bridal studio operations, content, and brides experience.

This role is ideal for someone who loves fashion, styling, and behind-the-scenes work, and is comfortable working independently.

Working Schedule

• Friday: 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM

• Sunday: Between 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM

• Monday: 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM

• 2 days per week in studio

• Pay: $11/hour

Responsibilities

• Assist brides during fittings and studio appointments

• Sales support and client communication (WhatsApp / in-studio)

• Support marketing planning and execution

• Plan and assist with style shoots

• Shoot behind-the-scenes content for signed brides

• Assist with styling, gown preparation, and basic studio setup

• Support social content creation (photo/video capture)
  
  Public Relations (PR):

  • Write brand and bridal-related articles

  • Submit articles and stories to media platforms for features

  • Support press outreach and brand visibility efforts

Requirements

• Fashion-related background or strong interest in bridal/fashion

• Basic sewing knowledge (important)

• Confident communicator with good people skills

• Sales-driven and comfortable interacting with clients

• Able to plan, execute, and follow through independently

• Comfortable with filming short BTS videos (phone is fine)
