Sales & Marketing Leader – Aviation Leasing | Singapore

GKR Search & Selection has been exclusively retained to recruit a Sales & Marketing Leader for an established international aviation asset leasing and investment business entering an exciting phase of strategic growth.

This is an opportunity for an ambitious, commercially driven individual to take on a genuinely global remit, with significant responsibility for originating and executing transactions, managing key airline relationships, and contributing to the business's future growth. The role offers broad involvement across the transaction lifecycle, meaningful commercial autonomy and the opportunity to make a real impact.

Responsibilities

• Originate and execute leasing and sale-and-leaseback transactions, including pricing, financial modelling, structuring, negotiation and closing.
• Develop and manage key airline relationships globally, identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing customer relationships.
• Undertake asset valuations, financial analysis and commercial risk assessments to support investment decisions.
• Manage the commercial aspects of asset management, lease transitions, redeliveries and remarketing.
• Handle complex commercial situations, including restructurings, lease terminations and asset recoveries.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and external advisers to ensure successful transaction execution and portfolio performance.

Requirements

• At least 5 years relevant experience in aviation leasing, asset finance or a closely related commercial environment.
• Proven experience in transaction origination and execution, particularly sale-and-leasebacks, pricing and commercial structuring.
• Strong financial modelling, analytical and negotiation skills.
• Established airline relationships and the ability to manage transactions independently.
• Sound commercial judgement and a proactive, relationship-driven approach.
• Experience in aircraft or engine leasing would be particularly relevant.
• Based in Singapore or willing to relocate to Singapore.
