About the Role

Junu bullion is a seeking a proactive and trustworthy Sales & Marketing Executive and Marketing Manager to drive sales of gold ,silver, and bullion products while strengthening
our brand presence in Singapore . This role requires strong client relations ship skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of high value transactions.

Key Responsibilities

Sales (Core Focus)
. Promote and sell bullion products including gold and silver coins and bars.
., Manage customer inquiries ,quotations ,and order processing
. Build long -term relationships with retail and high-net-worth clients
. Handle walk -in and online sales professionally
. Ensure accuracy in pricing, invoicing, and payment reconciliation
. Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

. Marketing
. Execute marketing campaigns (social media, WhatApp, email marketing)
. Create content related to gold/silver investment and market update
. Support promotional campaigns and seasonal offers
. Monitor competitors and market pricing trends.

Operations & Admine

. Assist with basic administrative and customer service duties
. Maintain proper records of transactions and inventory coordination
. Support compliance with company policies and Singapore regulations

Requirements

. Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing , Finance, or related field
. Prior experience in retail sales, financial products, or luxury goods preferred.
. Strong numerical skills and attention to detail (important for pricing accuracy)
. High level of integrity and trustworthiness (handling valuable assets)
. Good communication and customer service skills
. Comfortable working in a fast -paced, customer-facing environment

Preferred Skills
. Knowledge of precious metals or investment products

. Experience with POS systems, invoicing or CRM tools

. Basic understanding of gold/silver market pricing
