Job Description
. Manage and grow retail, distributor, and e-commerce accounts (Shopee, Lazada & Tik Tok)
. Handle new product registration, listings, trade promotions, and support sell-in/sell-out activities
. Create and manage content for Facebook, Instagram & TikTok (posting, scheduling, community engagement)
. Coordinate with influencers, agencies, and internal teams to run campaigns and product launches
. Maintain product listings and support platform campaigns on online stores
. Track marketing and sales performance provide reports and insights
. Support market research, youth perception studies, and sampling activations
Requirements:
. Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications
. 1-3 years of experience in sales or marketing (FMCG/consumer brands preferred)
. Hands-on experience with social media content creation and platform management
.Strong written and spoken English Mandarin/Malay is a plus to effectively communicate with Mandarin and Malay-speaking clients
. Self-motivated, creative, and organized
. Bonus if familiar with Canva, CapCut, Shopee Seller Centre, or digital ad platforms
