Sales & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Development

. Respond to inbound customer enquiries and understand customer requirements
. Introduce suitable equipment or solutions based on customer needs
. Prepare quotations and follow up with potential customers
. Maintain relationships with existing clients and support repeat business
. Support client meetings, product demonstrations, and business discussions

Marketing & Lead Generation

. Support digital marketing initiatives and online outreach activities
. Assist in maintaining company presence on platforms such as
LinkedIn and Facebook
. Prepare basic marketing materials and product information
. Support marketing campaigns that generate business enquiries

Requirements

. Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields
. 1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles preferred
. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
. Good written and spoken English
. Ability to communicate in Chinese is advantageous for business coordination
. Proactive attitude and willingness to learn technical products
