Job Description:

• Develop and execute go-to-market, sales, and customer strategies for Modern Trade accounts
• Lead Joint Business Planning (JBP) and conduct regular business reviews with customers
• Manage negotiations and trading terms to secure sales agreements
• Monitor sales performance, 5P execution, and drive corrective actions
• Analyse data to provide insights, forecasts, and strategic recommendations
• Identify and implement process and service improvements
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive business growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution
• Drive product launches, promotions, and in-store activation activities

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder is preferred (Min. Diploma), Degree in Sales/Marketing, or related fields is preferred
• Minimum 1 2 years in Sales of FMCG/Modern Trade background
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong team-oriented mindset when working with customers and colleagues.
• Proficient in office productivity tools, such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Able to perform VLOOKUP and Pivot Table functions for efficient data processing and analysis.
