Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Support international and regional business development initiatives through market research, client needs analysis, and opportunity identification.

  • Assist in pre-sales activities, including proposal preparation, pitch decks, product presentations, and coordination of commercial discussions.

  • Participate in client engagement, negotiations, and follow-up, supporting deal execution and contract progression.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to track leads, manage pipelines, and prepare sales performance reports.

Marketing & Brand Development

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and offline channels to enhance brand visibility.

  • Develop and manage marketing collateral including corporate brochures, product manuals, promotional videos, and client presentations.

  • Coordinate with external vendors, designers, and media partners to ensure timely delivery of high-quality marketing materials.

  • Manage and grow company social media platforms and support KOL / media collaborations for campaign execution.

Events & Exhibition Management

  • Lead and coordinate local and international exhibitions, trade shows, and conferences, including booth design, logistics, on-site coordination, and post-event follow-ups.

  • Act as a key liaison for clients, partners, and media representatives during events.

  • Prepare event reports, lead summaries, and post-event evaluations.

Cross-Functional & Regional Support

  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and management teams across different regions to align messaging and market strategies.

  • Support market entry analysis and regional expansion initiatives as assigned.

  • Assist management with ad-hoc strategic projects related to branding, communications, and international growth.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Marketing, Integrated Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline (from a recognised international university).

  • Strong foundation in sales support, marketing strategy, branding, and event management.

  • Experience in international or regional markets, exhibitions, or cross-border projects is highly preferred.

  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems is an advantage.

  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
