Job Responsibilities

. Promote company construction, renovation, and handyman services

. Source new projects and develop sales leads

. Prepare quotations and proposals follow up with clients

. Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers

. Coordinate with project and site teams for smooth job execution

. Handle client enquiries and provide professional consultation

. Assist with marketing activities, online promotion, and site visits

. Achieve monthly sales targets and company objectives

Job Requirements

. Experience in sales & marketing (construction industry preferred)

. Good communication and negotiation skills

. Self-motivated, responsible, and target-driven

. Able to work independently and as part of a team

. Basic knowledge of construction works is an advantage
