Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive, results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to develop new business opportunities, maintain strong customer relationships and support the company's sales and marketing activities.

The successful candidate should be confident in communicating with customers, identifying potential clients, preparing quotations and following up on sales opportunities to achieve business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
• Contact prospective customers through phone calls, emails, social media and direct visits where required.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and follow up on sales enquiries.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

2. Marketing & Promotion

• Promote the company's products and services to potential customers.
• Support marketing campaigns, promotional activities and online marketing.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitors products and pricing.
• Identify new market segments and opportunities to expand the customer base.

3. Customer Service & Account Management

• Understand customers requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Follow up on orders, deliveries and customer feedback.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing.
• Resolve customer enquiries and complaints professionally.

4. Reporting & Administration

• Maintain accurate customer databases and sales records.
• Prepare quotations, sales reports and customer follow-up records.
• Monitor sales performance, leads and conversion rates.
• Provide regular updates on sales activities and market trends.

Requirements

• Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated and customer-oriented.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable with prospecting, cold calling and following up with customers.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Previous sales or marketing experience is an advantage.
• Experience in packaging, printing, manufacturing or B2B sales is an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates with the right attitude and willingness to learn may also apply.
