The Marketing & Sales Executive will play a key role in driving brand awareness, student acquisition, and sustainable business growth in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital & Social Media Management
- Manage and grow all social media platforms
- Create engaging content (posts, videos, campaigns)
- Monitor and respond to all online reviews and enquiries
- Enhance SLI's digital presence and visibility
2. Marketing & Campaign Execution
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns (e-blasts, new term promotion)
- Develop promotional materials to support student recruitment
- Track and evaluate campaign performance
3. Website & Content Management
- Update website content regularly with accurate and relevant information
- Ensure consistency in messaging and branding
- Manage SEO rankings
4. Brand Management
- Maintain and protect SLI's brand image
- Ensure all materials follow brand guidelines
- Support internal teams in aligning with brand standards
5. Market Research & Strategy
- Conduct market research on trends, competitors, and target audience
- Identify opportunities for growth and new market segments
6. Events & Promotions
- Plan and coordinate marketing events and promotional activities
- Support outreach and engagement initiatives
7. Cultural Marketing
- Understand local Singapore culture
- Develop targeted campaigns and event calendars for foreign students
8. Sales & Business Development
- Drive student enrolment and achieve sales targets
- Follow up on leads and convert enquiries into registrations
- Build strong relationships with prospective students and partners
Key Requirements & Skills
- Experience: 1-5 years in marketing, sales, or advertising (fresh graduates with strong potential may be considered)
- Digital Skills: Familiarity with social media platforms, content creation, and basic analytics tools
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Team Player: Able to collaborate effectively across teams
- Self-Motivation: Results-driven with a proactive mindset
- Cultural Awareness: Interest in or understanding of Japanese culture is a plus
- Professionalism: Strong work ethics and ability to handle confidential information
- Education & Certification: University Degree in Marketing, Business or related field is preferred.
