Job Summary
We're looking fora results-driven Business Development Manager with a strong background in sales and marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and presenting our security solutions to drive revenue growth. Preferably in areas of Security Services ( Security Manpower & System)
Job Duties
Utilization of Social Media
To excel in this role, the candidate must be able to leverage social media platforms to reach potential clients. Key requirements include:
- Proficiency in social media platforms: Familiarity with platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Content creation: Ability to craft engaging, informative content (posts, tweets,articles) that showcases our security solutions and expertise.
- Networking and outreach: Capability to connect with potential clients, industry leaders, and partners through social media, fostering relationships and generating leads.
- Monitoring analytics: Understanding of social media metrics and ability to track engagement, conversions, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Integration with sales strategy: Ability to align social media efforts with overall sales objectives, ensuring a cohesive and effective approach.
- Adherence to company branding and guidelines: Commitment to maintaining our company's brandvoice, tone, and visual identity across all social media platforms.
Detail Duties
1. Source new business opportunities: Identify potential clients and decision-makers through research, networking, and lead generation.
2. Build relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their security needs and providing tailored solutions.
3. Conduct presentations: Deliver persuasive presentations to showcase our security manpower and integrated security solutions.
4. Develop and execute sales strategies: Create and implement sales plans to achieve revenuetargets and expand our customer base.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with our operations, and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of our security solutions.
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends: Monitor market developments, competitor activity, and emerging security threats to maintain our competitive edge.
7. Meet and exceed sales targets: Consistently achieve or surpass monthly, quarterly, and annualsales targets.
8. Provide market feedback: Share insights and feedback from clients and prospects to strengthen marketing strategies.
9. Maintain accurate records: Keep accurate and timely records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance.
10. Ability to utilise social media to expand the market reach to potential clients.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the service industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
