Position Overview

The Sales & Marketing Executive will play a key role in supporting day-to-day marketing operations. You will assist in digital campaigns, content creation, social media management, events coordination, and marketing analytics. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual looking to grow their career in marketing within a SME startup company.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Support
Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring online marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn.
Support SEO, SEM, and email marketing activities.

Content Creation
Create and schedule engaging content for social media, newsletters, and the company website.
Collaborate with designers, writers, and external vendors to produce marketing collateral (e.g., brochures, posters, videos).

Social Media Management
Maintain and grow company presence across social media platforms.
Track engagement metrics and generate performance reports.

Events & Partnerships

Take charge of event operations, including setting up booths, selling products, providing excellent customer service, and representing the company brand effectively.

Coordinate event logistics, branding materials, and on-site marketing efforts to maximize exposure and sales.

Market Research & Analytics
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential growth opportunities.

Sales Support & Customer Engagement

Conduct customer visits to introduce product samples, follow up on leads, and nurture client relationships. Build and maintain strong rapport with customers to understand their needs, present suitable solutions, and support sales conversions.

Administrative & Ad Hoc Tasks

Support the marketing team with administrative duties such as budget tracking, documentation, and vendor coordination.

Conduct customer visits to introduce and disseminate product samples.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to identify needs, present solutions.

Prepare marketing performance reports and dashboards

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of relevant marketing experience
  • Good understanding of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp, Canva, etc.).
  • A strong and confident communicator
  • Ability to write creative and engaging marketing content.
  • Analytical mindset and familiarity with tools like Google Analytics and Excel.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects
