Morgan McKinley is partnering with a client in the consumer electronics industry to hire a Sales & Marketing Executive.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and cultivate business to achieve sales, market share, and profit targets.
- Plan, implement, and execute strategies to meet company objectives.
- Prepare and manage business performance reports (sales, inventory, forecasting, etc.).
- Manage dealers inventory through effective sell-out activities.
- Drive promoters targets, deployment, and sell-out performance.
- Strengthen customer and retail relationships to boost sales.
- Handle customers AR and AP matters.
- Convey monthly sales targets to promoters and support their HR-related matters (e.g., leave applications).
- Support the sales team with monthly reports and ad-hoc business operations.
Requirements:
- Diploma holder with at least 1 year experience in the consumer electronics industry.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, and results-driven personality.
- Comfortable working with both internal teams and external partners.
