Job Description

Prepaid Sales Executive:

Job Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales quotas on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Perform daily store visitations and conduct checks on store inventory and POSM.
  • Drive sales of Prepaid products including SIM cards and top-up revenue at assigned retail outlets.
  • Work closely with team manager and marketing team to execute product and promotion launches in the trade.
  • Proactively assist retailers to solve daily sales and operation issues and customer service matters.
  • Perform new account opening in assigned areas.
  • Comfortable and proficient in giving presentations and trainings to retailers.

Job Requirements

  • Comfortable working in a demanding and multitasking environment
  • Experienced in telco prepaid sales (Prepaid or Postpaid), FMCG marketing or consumer electronics companies.
  • Self-driven to achieve targets.
  • 1 - 2 years outdoor sales or retailer account servicing experience.
  • Ability to work and communicate well with ground staff and shop managers at retail outlets.
  • Comfortable and proficient in giving presentations and trainings to retailers.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Quick thinking and fast worker required.
  • Degree / Diploma in any discipline.
