About Us

CMP Consultants Pte Ltd is an established multidisciplinary engineering consultancy providing professional engineering and consultancy services across a wide range of projects.

Just SpaceInternational is CMP's interior design and fit-out partner, providing clients with practical and well-coordinated interior solutions supported by CMP's technical and engineering expertise.

We are looking for a motivated individual to support the growth of our interior design division business, covering both sales& marketing of interior design work.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and follow up on potential interior design projects.
• Meet and communicate with clients to understand their requirements, budget and design preferences.
• Design concepts, space planning, presentations and design proposals prepared by other team.
• Support preparation of quotations, proposals and marketing materials.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers and internal technical teams.
• Assist with project coordination from initial enquiry through design and implementation.
• Conduct site visits and measurements where required.
• Support marketing activities and development of the interior business.
• Maintain good relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or a related discipline.
• Preferably 2-3 years of relevant interior design project
• Experience in space planning, design presentations and interior project coordination.
• Good communication and client-facing skills.
• Interest in sales, marketing and business development.
• Able to work independently while coordinating closely with the team.

This role is suitable for someone who enjoys both design and dealing with clients, and who is interested in developing towards a broader sales, marketing and project management role within the interior design industry.
