- Handling brand's social media accounts - manage and reply to queries/comments
- Research, present and spearhead creative ideas and campaigns - physical or ecommerce
- Prepare performance statistics for monthly meeting - review of campaigns
- Fine-tune and review Customer Journey Experience
- Handle brand's business development plans and execution
- Handling VIP customers and KOLs
- Manage brand's Ads and SEO
- Support of platforms such as Amazon and TikTok
- Exposed to work-related travels
REQUIREMENTS
- Min. 1-2 years relevant experience
- Good command of English Language - verbal and writing
- Proficient in Digital Marketing & Social Media Channels
- Proficient in Adobe Suites is preferred
- Public Relation skills with sensitivity and empathy
- A team player and able to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Resourceful, Independent and Pro-active
