Responsibilities
- Identify potential customers by conducting cold calls, sending targeted emails, networking, and performing market research to generate qualified leads
- Present and demonstrate product and service value propositions to clients to influence purchasing decisions
- Negotiate and manage sales agreements and contracts to successfully close deals and meet sales quotas
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients by providing ongoing support and identifying upselling opportunities
- Develop and execute sales strategies based on competitor analysis and market trends to drive business growth
- Generate and analyze sales performance reports to inform decision-making and optimize sales efforts
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM software and efficiently process customer orders
