Sales & Marketing Executive

Responsibilities

• Support and execute sales and marketing initiatives to drive membership growth, revenue generation and Member engagement.
• Generate sales opportunities by promoting the Club's memberships, facilities, events and services to prospective Members, corporate clients and guests.
• Manage membership enquiries and support membership acquisition and retention initiatives, including assisting with Club tours when required.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, Club events, partnerships and promotional activities.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with Members, prospective Members, corporate clients and business partners.
• Liaise with internal departments, external vendors and stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
• Monitor sales and marketing activities, maintain records and databases and prepare reports as required.
• Provide administrative support to the Membership Department and undertake other duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Hospitality Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, hospitality, membership services or event management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong written communication and organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated, proactive and results-oriented, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Experience in the hospitality, leisure, lifestyle or club industry will be an advantage
• Willingness to work weekends, public holidays and evenings when required to support Club events.
