Position: Sales & Marketing Executive

Location: Alexandra

Working hours: Mon - Fri,9.00am - 6.00pm

Remuneration: $5,200 + Transport Allowance $450 (If driving) + VB

Job Description

Drive sales growth and achieve sales targets within the bakery and food industry.
Develop and manage existing customer accounts while identifying new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with bakeries, food manufacturers, distributors and other food industry customers.
Proactively develop new accounts and expand the company's customer base.
Promote and sell the company's food ingredients and related products.
Conduct customer visits, product presentations and sales meetings.
Understand customers requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and close sales.
Monitor market trends, customer needs and competitor activities.
Attend trade shows, exhibitions and industry events to generate new business leads.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts and updates for management.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and excellent after-sales service.
Follow up on sales leads and maintain strong customer satisfaction.

Job Requirement

Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in the bakery industry, with a strong sales track record
Experience selling to bakeries, food manufacturers or food service customers
Existing bakery/food industry contacts and customer network will be an advantage
Strong business development and customer relationship management skill
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Valid Class 3 driving license and willing to travel for customer visits
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
