Manage the Company's social media platforms to achieve greater following and outreach
Work closely with warehouse personnel(s) for order fulfilment
Identify sales & marketing opportunities to drive sales locally & in overseas markets.
Maintain client databases
Handle all sales enquiries by customers including but not limited to order fulfilment (delivery)
Develop and acquire new relationships with potential partners (local & overseas)
Keep followers/customers/clients informed of the Company's latest products & services and news
Ensure that product prices are updated on all e-commerce platforms and website according to their promotion rates (where applicable) at any given time
Ensure that products are categorised accurately on all e-commerce platforms and website according to Editorial Team's classifications
Work closely with Authors to improve and drive books sales
Produce & present sales & marketing performance reports to Management
Plan & run sales & marketing campaigns
List products on e-commerce platforms and website.
Handle outreaches including setting up of book table sales/event sales/atrium sales, handling pre-order list and RSVP list, creating publicity materials, etc.
Qualifications
Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or Related fields
Proven work experience as a sales and marketing executive
Knowledge of modern marketing techniques & tools (Canva/Google SEO/SEM, etc.)
Social Media marketing on Meta Platforms, Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, etc
High-level communication and networking skills
A passion for sales & marketing
Understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies
