Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Scope:

Handle customer enquiries, showroom interactions, product support, and follow-ups to support sales conversion.

Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, product launches, and brand-building activities.

Create and coordinate marketing collaterals including brochures, catalogues, social media content, and website updates.

Organise events, product launches, training sessions, and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.

Track campaign performance, prepare reports, monitor market trends, and maintain marketing records.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.

1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer engagement is an advantage.

Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in MS Office and familiar with digital marketing and social media platforms.

Creative, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
