The Role:

We are looking for a creative and driven Sales & Marketing Executive to lead our B2C growth. Your main focus will be to promote and sell customized 3D printed products, especially figurines, directly to end users through digital platforms and campaigns.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in marketing, social media and e-commerce. Technical knowledge in 3D printing will be an added advantage - training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell customized 3D printing services (e.g., figurines, personalized products) to end users
• Manage and grow digital platforms including social media and e-commerce channels
• Develop marketing content showcasing the process of image-to-3D model-to-physical product
• Engage with customers, understand requirements, and propose suitable solutions
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
• Explore and implement strategies to improve brand visibility and customer acquisition

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• Experience in digital marketing, social media management, or e-commerce preferred
• Fresh graduates with strong interest in marketing are encouraged to apply.
• Strong interest in AI tools, content creation and emerging technologies
• Good communication and customer engagement skills
• Self-driven, proactive and results-oriented
• Basic design or content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe tools) is an advantage
• Prior experience in 3D printing is advantages but not required (training will be provided)
