Job Summary
Manage and grow sales accounts within the electronics industry by negotiating pricing and volume, preparing sales plans, analyzing performance, and supporting production planning through accurate sales forecasting.
Responsibilities
- Manage, develop, and expand assigned sales accounts to drive revenue growth
- Negotiate quarterly sales pricing and volume allocations with customers to optimize sales outcomes
- Prepare and submit comprehensive monthly and quarterly sales plans to align with business goals
- Analyze monthly and quarterly sales performance against plans to identify trends and opportunities
- Deliver monthly sales forecasts to support factory production planning and ensure supply chain alignment
- Communicate effectively and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Japanese-speaking partners
- Liaise with Japanese-speaking stakeholders and handle technical documentation in Japanese to ensure clear communication and accuracy
Required competencies and certifications
- Proficiency in spoken and written Japanese to liaise with Japanese-speaking stakeholders and manage technical documentation
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of sales experience within the electronics industry
- Diploma or higher qualification
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Possess a Class 3 Driving License
