- Formulating and executing digital marketing strategies to achieve organizational goals.
- Planning, implementing, and monitoring online marketing campaigns across various channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Xiao Hong Shu and Tiktok.
- Managing content calendars and ensuring timely delivery of content across channels.
- Building and maintaining a strong social media presence for the company.
- Utilizing CRM tools to manage and schedule customer appointments.
- Analyzing and reporting on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using various metrics and tools.
