Provide support to department lead in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals; assist with coordinating follow ups with internal sales team on customers status to support sales efforts
Assist in handling customer inquiries promptly via phone, email, and other channels.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, track lead progress and assist in identifying opportunities to improve sales workflows.
Coordinate with stakeholders including marketing team on campaign materials and events to support sales initiatives.
Assist with tracking and analysing the performance of sales marketing campaigns
Conduct basic market and competitor research to support sales planning
Develop product knowledge, adhere to work policies and procedures, and stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings
Contribute ideas during team brainstorming sessions and support ad-hoc sales planning and activities as needed.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree with 23 years of relevant working experience, preferably in sales, marketing, or customer service.
Good understanding of the higher education/professional development industry in Singapore.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good communication skills, well-developed diplomacy skills with the ability to engage a wide range of customers.
