Job Description & Requirements

Responsibilities:

. Achieve the specification of our services in the building and construction industry (Waterproofing, Coatings & Concrete Repairs)

. Responsible for the execution of all sales support activities in Singapore

. Understand construction drawings (plan/section/elevation)

. Design and develop waterproofing details and coordinate with the CAD engineers to develop drawings for architects and contractors

. Provide technical assistance pre & post-sales at the project sites related to waterproofing products

. Key account management (purchase order/delivery/feedback/client relationship)

Requirements:

. Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or other relevant disciplines with exp. will be considered

. Min. 5 years of sales/marketing or working experience in Waterproofing products/services

. Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to deal with Chinese contractors

. Must be prepared to attend to customer's queries.
