Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Job Overview

Baccarat is seeking a hands-on Sales & Marketing Coordinator to coordinate and support our commercial and marketing activities in Singapore. This role is ideal for a junior profile looking to grow within the luxury retail environment, gaining hands-on experience across sales administration, client support, and marketing coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support

. Assist the sales team with order processing, invoicing, and delivery follow-up

. Update, maintain and analyse client and sales data, KPIs (CRM, Excel, internal systems)

. Prepare sales reports and assist with stock and product tracking

. Support customer inquiries and B2B accounts with day-to-day coordination

. After-sales service coordination

. Help prepare sales materials (presentations, product information, quotations)

. Ad hoc meetings preparations and coordination

. Liaise with sales, logistics, finance and retail teams

Marketing Coordination

. Coordinate the execution of marketing campaigns, launches, retail activations and events

. Coordinate production and distribution of marketing material

. Prepare specific marketing & sales materials (presentations, product sheets, visuals...)

. Assist with contentcoordination for social media, newsletters, and website updates

. Manage timelines and asset deliverable for the different shopping malls and partners

. Support event logistics, Public Relations and KOL gifting

. Prepare marketing activation reports and analyse KPIs

. Liaise with regional marketing team

Profile & Skills Requirements

. 2-3 years experience in sales support, marketing, or retail coordination

. Strong organizational and multitasking skills

. Attention to detail is a MUST

. Good command of with Excel / Word / Powerpoint(CRM knowledge is a plus)

. Creative mindset (thinking out of the box)

. Good written and verbal communication skills

. Good understanding of high luxury standards

. Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn

. Can work under pressure

Languages

. English: fluent

. Additional languages are a plus
