SALES & MARKETING ADMINISTRATOR | GERMAN MNC

$3,500 - $4,600/month
13-Month Salary + Variable Bonus (20% On-Target)
5-Day Office Hours | Fully Onsite

Commercial & Sales Support - 50%

. Provide administrative and logistical support to Sales and Commercial teams
. Coordinate customer meetings, workshops, sales conferences and regional commercial / marketing events
. Manage venue bookings, catering, event logistics and participant communications
. Support contract administration, documentation and approval workflows
. Maintain sales organisation records, distribution lists and contact databases
. Track action items from commercial meetings and follow up with stakeholders
. Prepare meeting minutes and coordinate follow-up actions

Business Operations - 35%

. Work closely with Finance, HR, Marketing and other functions on business operations
. Support procurement and purchase requisition processes
. Assist with data collection and preparation of sales reports and dashboards
. Support administrative process improvements and team efficiency initiatives

Executive & Travel Support - 15%

. Manage calendar, appointments and meetings for a senior regional leader
. Coordinate expense claims, reimbursements and travel expense documentation
. Prepare agendas, minutes, presentations, reports and business documents
. Coordinate domestic and international travel including flights, hotels, visas, transport and itineraries
. Liaise with travel agencies, vendors and Finance on bookings and payments
. Maintain confidential records and sensitive business information
. Support internal communications and administrative activities

Experience with SAP, Concur and/or Salesforce will be advantageous.
