Sales Strategy & Leadership:
. Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed company revenue targets.
. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team, setting clear goals and performance metrics.

. Prepare regular sales forecasts, budgets, and management reports.
Business Development & Client Management:
. Actively prospect and acquire new clients in target markets (e.g., developers, architects, interior designers, contractors, direct clients).
. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts and strategic partners.
. Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and networking functions.
. Oversee the entire sales cycle from initial inquiry and quotation to negotiation and contract closure.
Project Coordination & Liaison:
. Collaborate closely with the production, design, and project management teams to ensure accurate quoting, feasibility assessment, and seamless project handover.
. Review project specifications, blueprints, and drawings to prepare precise and competitive proposals.
. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the pre-contract phase, addressing technical and commercial inquiries.
