SALES MANAGER

Job Summary

Support the Sales Manager by leading sales efforts, analyzing performance data, and driving customer satisfaction to achieve business growth and team success.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
• Lead by example by achieving personal sales targets and coaching team members to meet their goals
• Monitor sales metrics and analyze performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and inform decision-making
• Manage customer accounts receivable and collections to maintain healthy cash flow
• Prepare and report sales activities and forecast plans to the Sales Director for strategic alignment
• Address customer complaints promptly and resolve issues to ensure high customer satisfaction
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure the sales team consistently adheres to company standards

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 2-3 years of sales experience, including supervisory or assistant management roles
• Proven track record in wholesale sales and sales management
• Strong leadership and team management skills demonstrated through guiding sales teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills applied in customer and team interactions
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in managing sales operations
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays
